Pics or it didn't happen...

Well here it is. That blonde thing, me when I was fifteen.

In this picture I had already lost like 8-10 kgs. I've deleted all other pictures of myself from that time, unfortunately, so I don't have any earlier pics than this one, except for baby/kid-pictures.

I told you I used to look different.
Just felt like posting this for some reason!

Dear lord I'm happy my fashion sense has improved since then...

Anyway, moving on to other stuff: this weekend I'll hopefully have time to make the Q&A video! Thank you so much for all the questions, I'm really grateful ♥ ! I'll answer as many as I can in the video, and all other questions will be answered in a post here, I promise.

That's the end of this random post. Hope I didn't traumatize anyone.
Sweet dreams and puss och kram!

    1. Haha I know right~ Well. I've struggled with eating disorders for a while now. BUT since I sought help and begun my recovery, since I started to eat 4-5 proper meals a day, I've actually lost MORE weight than when I tortured myself trying not to eat. The key is to eat healthily and do some exercise, simple as that. Minimize your intake of potatoes, rice, pasta, bread and sugar in general. Eat good stuff like oatmeal, chicken and loooooots of veggies that keep you full. Drink a lot. Green tea, coffee, oatmeal and apples are the best tips I can give you! Especially oatmeal. Low in calories and surprisingly nutritious.

And remember to treat yourself to something yummy once in a while ♥ stressing and obsessing about what you eat only ends in disaster, not weight loss and happiness - which is not achieved by losing weight. Believe me.

  7. Oh my god... I randomly stumbled on to your blog, fell in love with your style, your fashion sense... and now that I see that you've gone trough the thing I'm struggling with right now... I really want to ask... Well, this is about the weight losing thing. Some people find it hard to talk about it but I always lose motivation because nobody even encourages me to do it.. So.. I just wanted to ask: How long did it take for you to lose your weight? How often and for how long did you exercise? Did you go to a gym? I'll be really glad if you help me with these questions. I usually tend to say ''Come on, you can do it!'' but after a week of exercise, I just give up. u n u x

    1. First of all; thank you ♥ Second of all; it took me about two years to lose around 30 kgs. It went so slow since I was doing it TOTALLY wrong, and the fastest weight came off last summer when I finally got a grip and started to eat properly. I counted 1800 calories a day, cut down on carbs, drank a lot, and exercised around 1h/day. That's it!

I'm working on a longer post about this to explain it all properly. Truth is, weight is a very infected issue and I hate talking about it. I always end up writing a lot to explain myself and make people stay away from eating disorders, since that will ONLY make you put on weight in the end, since you'll eventually have to start eating, and your metabolism will be slow as fuck and your body will suck up every single bite you eat. Plus, your body will be a malfunctioning wreck (I know, believe me). So, yeah, I'm writing a longer post with what I've learned and all... Don't know when it'll be done but eventually!

Hope this helped a little in the meantime ♥
